WHAT IS WRITTEN ABOUT: James Shellow

Dominic P. Gentile writes
In United States v. Bockius, 564 F.2d 1193, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has taken judicial notice of the penchant for legal wizardry of James Shellow of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has thereby made very difficult the enhancement of his reputation merely by including his work product in this book. Suffice it is to say that without his benefaction of the College and of this project, the materials relating to challenge of “expertise” would not be included. Jim Shellow is singularly the pioneer of chemical defenses in drug cases, and is perpetually in the forefront of legal talent in that area.
